If your credit card is being declined, it is almost certainly because of the size of your purchase. Shipping container purchases are relatively large compared to most day to day credit card purchases and can sometimes be flagged by your bank/CC company as an unusual expense.
This can usually be remedied by calling your bank/CC company and telling them that it is actually a charge you are attempting to process.
